Our team is easy to love thanks to our dental expertise, vibrant personalities, and (sometimes so bad they’re good) jokes. We like to say that we take your dental care very seriously, but not ourselves! You’ll experience excellent service wrapped in laughter each step of the way, helping your appointments flow by quickly and smoothly and be over before you know it. Lindsey,
Office Manager
Lindsey is a new addition to our team, but she’s already proven herself an expert office manager. After all, she’s worked as one for nearly twenty years! On the other hand, her dental background includes training in CPR, SPEAR, and OSHA. Consequently, she’s well-equipped to build healthy, lifelong relationships with her team members and patients.
While born in New York, Lindsey considers North Carolina her true home. She spends much of her downtime with her husband and four kids. Along with them, her interests include the outdoors, four-wheeling, and boating on the weekends. Don’t be fooled, though – Lindsey is a bit of an introvert!
Allison,
Front Desk
Allison joined us in 2009. She says that the team feels like a family, and she also loves getting to know our patients and building relationships with them. She always puts our patients first and goes above and beyond to help them feel comfortable throughout each step of the dental experience. In addition to being exceedingly friendly, she has also completed advanced training through Spear Education about maximizing our patients’ insurance benefits.
Allison was born and raised in Goldsboro, NC and regularly returns to visit her parents, brother and sister-in-law, and 2 handsome nephews. She says that she is a total foodie who loves trying new cuisines, and her biggest passion outside of dentistry is to support the foster care of kittens in need until they’re able to find their forever homes.
Amber,
Dental Assistant
Amber has been a part of Langworthy Family Dentistry since April of 2019. She deeply enjoys working with our awesome team and getting to know all of our amazing patients. She lived in Fuquay-Varina for 24 years, but recently moved to Dunn, NC when she married her husband, Seth, in September of 2019. They have a sweet baby boy named Sawyer who turned 1 in March 2021. When not at work, Amber likes going to the beach and spending time with friends and family.
Wendy,
Dental Assistant
Wendy is a 27-year dental veteran! She is a graduate of Palm Beach State College and is certified in extended duties in dental assisting, nitrous oxide, coronal polishing, and X-rays. She loves working with a team that has been together for so long that it feels like family, and she hopes our patients feel at home with us as well. Every day, she brings a positive attitude to our dental office and makes sure that our patients are comfortable and happy with their care.
Wendy married in 2014 and has two stepsons as well as an adorable grandson. Outside of the dental office, she likes to travel, watch football, play with her grandson, hang out at the beach, and go to dinner with friends.
Tiarra,
Dental Assistant
A native of Raleigh, Tiarra studied at Sunrise School of Dental Assisting for her license. After completing her courses, she began working in sterilization before moving her way up to dental assistant after obtaining her certification in coronal polishing. With half a decade of experience, she loves being up to help our patient improve their oral health while giving them a reason to smile again.
Away from the office, Tiarra spends much of her free time with her immediate family, who are also in the Raleigh area. She enjoys being with her children and creating amazing memories together. Her hobbies include going to the beach, watching football with her family, trying new foods, and meeting new people. She is planning on taking her children on a trip to Disney one day!
Mary,
Dental Hygienist
Mary was born and raised in the Cary area and moved to Fuquay-Varina in 2017 with her husband, Clint. She graduated from Appalachian State with a Bachelor of Psychology with a minor in Child Development. After taking a year off from school, she decided to go back for dental hygiene and graduated from Central Carolina Community College. She loves getting to meet new patients and not only educate them about their oral health, but also form long-lasting relationships with them.
Outside of work, she spends most of her time with family and friends, especially her niece and nephew that live here in Fuquay-Varina. She and her husband also love trying new restaurants, getting outdoors as much as possible, and relaxing with their 2 dogs and cat.
Betsy,
Dental Hygienist
Betsy graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the Medical College of Georgia in 1998 and moved to Fuquay-Varina in 2012. She joined our dental office in 2013, has 23 years of dental experience. She loves getting to know our patients and helping them achieve their optimal oral health.
When she’s at home, Betsy is usually busy with her husband and two daughters and all of their activities, which include flying, volleyball, and cheer/tumble. She is active in her church, enjoys volunteering, and likes to spend her free time going to the beach, shopping, or cheering for the Georgia Bulldogs! Speaking of dogs, she has three Boykin Spaniels and a cat that keep her busy, too!
Heather,
Dental Hygienist
Born and raised in North Carolina, Heather chose to pursue her studies close by at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Now, she has an impressive 8+ years of experience in the dental field, and she uses all of her education and hands-on training to treat patients who have become like family. For her, the best thing about her job is simple: seeing a patient’s confidence improve with their dental hygiene!
Heather married her high school sweetheart, and they have one son together. She loves spending every moment she can with them as well as volunteering at her church and being outside. Here’s an interesting fact about her: she loves to grow and harvest flowers from her garden!
Jordyn,
Dental Hygienist
With half a decade of experience in the world of dentistry, Jordyn finds it incredibly rewarding to be able to create great relationships with her patients while helping them build their dream smiles. Originating from Canton, Michigan, she studied at the University of Michigan for her dental hygiene certification. During her time at school, she worked as a front desk team member and learned about insurance verification and scheduling. Now, she’s a dental hygienist and is constantly pursuing continuing education to expand her skills, as she’s even certified to administer local anesthetics.
Away from the dental office, Jordyn lives with her husband and they love to spend time with their loved ones. They also enjoy being outside, serving their church, watching sports, and playing pickleball. Whenever she has free time, she likes to go working out and boating with family and friends.
Kendall
Sterilization Technician
Kendall joined our team a little over a year ago now, and she loves having the opportunity to help people every day. In fact, that’s her favorite part of her job! She loves using everything she has learned throughout her time in the dental field to help our patients have the phenomenal dental experience they deserve.
Kendall has lots of interests outside of dentistry, including fishing and riding four-wheelers. She also loves going to the beach and lake – pretty much anything that gets her outside!
